About

About

My name is Kerwin; growing up in Jamaica, I watched my family and friends cook Jamaican food and have learned how to do it just by watching my family, friends and others in the Jamaican community.

I created this site for you so that my family, my friends and myself may teach you how to cook Jamaican food, the way how Jamaicans cook it.

As I travel quite often, from time to time you will get lessons from others who make different types of food.

As some Jamaican food is made from natural foods, particularly produce, we will talk about sustainable ingredients as well. But remember in Jamaica, we don’t really measure stuff or use a timer, so its cooking by the seat of your pants :).

So step into my kitchen and sign up for our newsletter and our lessons.

Kerwin.
